The heading formed the central theme of the divine service conducted by District Apostle J Kriel on 06 March 2019.
The congregations of Altona, Botterberg, Droevlei, Kalkfontein, Klipheuwel, Philadelphia, Welbeloond and Wolwerivier combined at Tableview for this unique occasion. The members live on 25 different farms and their congregations are all located on farms along the N7 highway and the Durbanville wine route area.
The District Apostle used the Bible word from Ephesians 2:14-15 as a basis for the sermon, “For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace.”
The District Apostle emphasised the importance of identifying obstacles, being uncomfortable with their existence and then breaking it down to avoid missing out on experiencing the blessing from our heavenly Father.
Apostle Worship was also called to serve.
The choir concluded the divine service with the anthem “This is the day that the Lord has made”.
