The church has developed a voluntary survey tool to gather data on the prevalence of disability and special needs in our congregations. This tool allows any member, minister, parents, caregiver or person with a disability to engage with the church to inform us of their disability and special needs so that the church may provide support, adequate pastoral care and promote inclusive practices in the congregations.
