On Saturday, 07 December 2019, the Limpopo Central and West choirs and recorder players filled the Polokwane Church hall with joyful music.

District Apostle J Kriel, accompanied by Apostle S Mogane and Bishop D Mdhluli, attended this music hour.

The performers started practicing from March 2019, and their efforts were rewarded with a near-perfect performance.

The District Apostle addressed the audience and said, “He is not as musical, but these hymns he will remember for a long time.”

After the concert, all the musicians took a photo with the District Apostle.

On Sunday, 8 December 2019, District Apostle J Kriel conducted a divine service in Polokwane congregation.

The congregations of Polokwane, Westenburg and Mokopane were invited to this second Advent Sunday divine service.

The Bible word was taken out of Jeremiah 23:5; " 'Behold, the days are coming,' says the Lord 'That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; a King shall reign and prosper, and execute judgment and righteousness in the earth'."

The Bishop D Mdhluli and District Elder L van der Sandt were called to serve along.

Before the conclusion of the divine service, the District Apostle bestowed the silver wedding anniversary blessing on the Evangelist K Smith and his wife, Elmarie.

The choir closed the service with “How Lovely is Zion” setting the mood for the fellowship and refreshments that followed.
