On Sunday morning 25 October 2020, District Apostle J Kriel gave a surprise visit to members of Tableview congregation.

In accordance with the current COVID-19 regulations, the congregation has two services on a Sunday morning to accommodate as many members as possible. The first service took place at 8 am, and the second service, which the District Apostle conducted, commenced at 10 am.

The Sunday divine service served as preparation for the service for the departed, and the Bible word for the sermon was taken out of Luke 10:20.

After the divine service, the District Apostle went to serve the retired Community Evangelist Muller and his wife with Holy Communion at their home. The couple is currently unable to attend divine services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite the current circumstances, the surprise encounter will surely linger on long in the hearts of all those who were present on this memorable day.
