On Saturday, 21 November 2020, District Apostle J Kriel conducted a meeting in Oxford Street congregation, East London.

Invited to this meeting was all the Rectors from the Eastern Cape which includes the areas of Apostle Nene and Apostle Mintoor. They connected to the meeting via Zoom.

The District Apostle welcomed all those present and commenced the meeting with a spiritual portion. The Bible word which served as a platform for this was taken out of Acts 2:42. With this word, the District Apostle encouraged the Rectors to remain steadfast and true to their calling. He likened them to a thermostat of the congregation, setting the temperature, be it hot or cold.

The District Apostle lovingly urged them to continue serving God’s people with love and care, knowing that God is pleased with such blessed endeavours.

After a brief question and answer session, the District Apostle closed the meeting with a prayer.
