On Wednesday 11 November 2021, District Apostle J Kriel served the congregation of Valhalla Park in the Lavistown District.
The District Apostle was accompanied by Apostle R Worship and the District Rector, District Elder B Scholtz. All the main Rectors of the district were also invited to attend the divine service.
As the basis for the special midweek divine service, the District Apostle used a Bible word from Romans 8:2, “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”
The congregation was reminded of the freedom and liberty offered by Jesus - the same offer extended to souls in the yonder world.
Despite the power outage just moments after the District Apostle concluded the divine service, members experienced a blessed encounter at the Lord’s altar.
