Kewtown was the District Apostle’s childhood congregation - the place where he had attended Sunday School. This was also the place where he was ordained into his first ministry and experienced his first divine service call-up. His visit to Kewtown on 14 December 2021 was special because it marked 25 years since he was ordained into the Apostolate.

What made the occasion even more remarkable was that the opening hymn, “To Christ the Lord be faithful”, was also sung at the District Apostle’s confirmation service nearly 50 years ago.

The District Apostle was accompanied by the Apostles R Worship, P Thompson, P Lambert and B Bourne.

The Apostles B Bourne, P Thompson and P Lambert were called to serve along.

A male quartet concluded the divine service with a powerful rendition of the hymn, “The Lord is my light".
